| dc.description.abstract | The maturity of data interoperability across organizations requires reliable data quality, which avoids duplication and provides easy access. Problems in finding data and the large number of data versions reduce quality. An interoperability maturity assessment is necessary for success with the Framework s standards approach. This research aims to test the factors that influence the maturity of Cross-Organizational E-Government Interoperability and determine the maturity level of Cross-Organizational E-Government Interoperability in Central and Regional Governments in Processing One Employment Data. This research uses a mixed-method research approach that examines preparedness, understanding, command style, and ethos in relation to the maturity of E-Government Interoperability across Organizations in Central and Regional Governments in Processing One Employment Data. Regression analysis and hypothesis testing are carried out using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation). Modeling Partial Least Squares) and analyzing the level of maturity of data interoperability using descriptive statistics. The research results show that preparedness, command style, and ethos have a positive and significant influence on the maturity of employment data interoperability. On the other hand, understanding does not show a positive influence. The One Employment Data (OED) interoperability maturity level shows results at level 3 (Integrated). Implications for further research could focus on increasing human resource capacity in the fields of information technology and data management. This is important to overcome the limitations found in understanding variables, as well as comparing the maturity of employment data interoperability with other sectors to understand the factors that influence interoperability in various fields. © 2024 The Author(s).
