| dc.description.abstract | In response to the growing interest in open government data (OGD) worldwide, there is a pressing need for research that explores the determinants of OGD adoption. This study aims to address this research gap by investigating the factors that influence the adoption of OGD among government agencies in the Indonesian context. Drawing on previous research on innovation adoption, the study develops a comprehensive research model that integrates the technology-organization-environment (TOE) framework and four key factors: perceived benefits, perceived risks, organizational readiness, and external pressures. To empirically examine the research model, survey data from 320 government agencies were collected and analyzed through regression and path analysis. The results of the study reveal a significant positive relationship between perceived benefits and external pressures toward the adoption of OGD by government agencies. This finding suggests that government agencies are more likely to adopt OGD when they perceive clear benefits and experience external pressures related to OGD adoption. © 2023 IEEE. | |
