| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT This thesis discusses analysis of Italys compliance on international refugee regime which take case studies on hadling of refugee who came from north africa (period 2010-2014). Italys compliance can be said to be low this is due Italys policy on handling of refugee from North Africa violates provison in international refugee regime. The purpose of this tesis is to determine why Italys compliance on international refugee refugee regime is low on handling of refugee from north africa in the period 2010-2014. This thesis use regime theory and compliance concept to analyze causes of italys compliance low. This thesis use literature research or ibrary research. The conclucion of this thesis is Italys compliance low because of several factor 1). Encouragement of domestic: italian people, mass media,and political party., 2). Encouragement of external, especially from France and Germany 3). The ambiguity of international refugee regime among others are duty of states party and obligation to grant asylum. 4) Differences of states ability on handling of refugee 5).
