COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS REGARDING THE HUMAN RESOURCES MOTIVATION IN THE HOTEL INDUSTRY
Abstract
Motivation has an essential role in the employees rewarding. According to Milkovich and Newman,
motivation represents „all forms of financial returns and tangible services and benefits employees receive as part of an
employment relationship” [1] „Financial returns” refers to the payment, while „services and benefits” refers to benefits
such as medical assurance, paid vacation, pension and discounts for employees.
