dc.description.abstractAccording to the relevant problems of the limited torque type hydraulic coupling used in the 400 kW crusher in No.12123 working face of Liuta Coal Mine of Shendong Coal Group, the structural characteristics and principles of different magnetic coupling are analyzed. Through the comparison between the magnetic coupling and the hydraulic coupling, as well as the analysis of the actual application, the limited torque type magnetic coupling suitable for Liuta Coal Mine is studied. The performance parameters of the magnetic coupling are verified by the finite element analysis, and it is proved that the limited torque type magnetic coupling is fully matched with the mine-used crusher of Liuta Coal Mine.
