Pelaksanaan Keterbukaan Informasi di Polres Bantul:(Studi kasus mengenai Implementasi U U No. 14 Tahun 2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik pada Sub bagian Humas Polres Bantul Tahun 2010 - 2015)
Abstract
ABSTRACTION Characteristic of the Freedom of Information Law is to require every public agencies and state institutions to prepare for all the needs related to the provision of access to public information. Institutions in the Indonesian National Police (INP), Public and useful mechanism to ensure access to justice could be enjoyed by the wider community. In the period 2010-2015 Public Relations Bantul police have chalked several achievements in managing the reporting activities of the Police as a supporting program of public disclosure, but it is very contradictory to what happened in the field. Some of the things that became the core of the Freedom of Information Law is still not fully implemented by the Police Public Relations Sub Bag Bantul, so researchers believe this research is important to dissect how the implementation of the Freedom of Information Law in Bantul 2010-2015. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using case studies to find answers to the formulation of the problem posed. Based on the results of this study concluded that the implementation of the Freedom of Information Law in Bantul still not optimal. Bantul various constraints both institutionally and substantially as the lack of knowledge about KIP PPID, lack of ability and competence of personnel in public relations, the difficulty of coordination between the units in satker. To the researchers recommend institutional and substantial improvements through increased socialization, preparation resources, and improvement of the organizational structure, so that the implementation of the Freedom of Information Law to become more optimal.
