FISIPOL UGM Digilib is a modern bookless library designed for the digital generation. It serves as an academic hub where students, researchers, and communities can learn, collaborate, and innovate. Featuring co-working spaces, a green screen studio, and a mini cinema, alongside seamless access to e-journals, e-books, theses, and training programs, Digilib embodies the spirit of “One Click Total Solution”—making knowledge more accessible, inclusive, and future-ready.
To become a reliable, innovative, and integrated digital academic information service center that can be accessed anytime and from anywhere, in support of the implementation of education and research within the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at Gadjah Mada University, as well as community service.

Mini Theater 2.2 capacity of 10 people, ideal for educational film screenings or documentaries.
Discussion Room 2.1 a collaborative space for student group work.
Greenscreen Studio supports digital content creation, creative presentations, and multimedia production.
Fitness Area a place to maintain physical well-being in between academic activities.
Study Area air-conditioned with power outlets, providing a convenient and cozy learning atmosphere.

iMac Computers (24 units) high-performance computers equipped with research software such as Nvivo, Mendeley, and other academic tools for qualitative data analysis, reference management, and multimedia needs.
ETD Computers (8 units) dedicated for accessing Electronic Theses and Dissertations.
Newspaper Computers (4 units) for reading digital newspapers.
Discussion Rooms 3.2 & 3.3 each equipped with LED TV, AC, and a maximum capacity of 8 people.
Discussion Room 3.4 reserved exclusively for PhD students, equipped with LED TV, AC, and seats up to 8 people.
Study Area a comfortable space with AC and power outlets, suitable for both individual and group study.

Research Tool Training guidance for students and researchers on using various digital research tools, reference management, and literature search strategies.
Scholarly Literature Retrieval Training This training program is designed to equip students and researchers with the skills to efficiently search, access, and evaluate scholarly literature across multiple academic databases and digital resources. Participants will learn to:
- Formulate effective search strategies using keywords, Boolean operators, and filters.
- Identify high-quality, peer-reviewed journals, articles, and e-books relevant to their research.
- Utilize institutional repositories, bibliographic databases, and open-access resources.
- Organize search results for systematic review, citation management, and research documentation.
By the end of the training, participants will be able to conduct structured and efficient literature searches, enhancing the quality and credibility of their academic work.
