Evaluasi Alokasi Dana Desa(ADD) pada Pemerintah Kota Banjar Provinsi Jawa Barat: (Studi Komparasi pada Desa Mekarharja Kecamatan Purwaharja dan Desa Sukamukti Kecamatan Pataruman
Abstract
ABSTRACT Village funds allocation policies, is one form of the government policy in order to support village autonomy in terms of finance which currently was conducted using UU No. 6 of 2014, that causes of the funds transfer to the village administration increased with the aim that the government village is able to be increasingly independent hold public services to the community welfare and the better access of even distribution of the village community. In Banjar, the policy of added of big funds on transfer had started since 2010 should be able to influence the village community for change in the region .This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the village funds allocation policies and analyzing about how management is able to reach both great purpose village funds allocation policies. This study is an evaluation research. The objects that will be evaluated and described in this study is the condition of management the village funds allocated accordance to the applicable provisions of the Perwal No. 13 of 2011 regarding amendment Perwal No. 6 of 2010 on Guidelines for Use of Village Fund Allocation . Further evaluation of the extent to which the policy is able to achieve its aims . The results showed that the implementation of the village fund allocation is not fully in accordance with applicable regulations. Especially in the formulation of the budget has not been fully in accordance with the rules of budgeting and consider expediency yet, whereas the results of the analysis also states that the village fund allocation management has been carried out and that is also not able to achieve its goals, as indicators of goal achievement indicators that have not been fully achieved Keywords : evaluation, effectiveness, village fund allocation
