Gaya Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi dan Pengaruhnya Pada Motivasi Kerja Karyawan di Perusahaan Korea (Studi Korelasional Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Komunikasi Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Karyawan
Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to look at leadership and communication style influence on employee motivation in PT Human Touch Management Indonesia in 2015. It is based on the behavior of the leader is always seen and copied by the employee. With the style of leadership and good communication will improve employee motivation at work. PT HTM Indonesia is a company led by the Koreans. Although the leaders are already adapting to the culture of Indonesia, it is undeniable Korean culture is also carried in the process of their leadership in PT HTM Indonesia. This study also looked at how the culture of Korea took effect in influencing employee motivation. Quantitative research is an explanatory survey method and using a questionnaire as data collection instruments. Respondents in this study were 100 employees at PT HTM Indonesia. After processing the data using SPSS then the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. In this research showed that leadership and communication style influence on employee motivation PT HTM Indonesia, controlled by the implementation of the Korean culture.
