Model Kemitraan CSR di Industri Hilir Migas (Praktik Kemitraan dalam Tatakelola CSR Terminal BBM Rewulu)
Abstract
ABSTRACT Recently, partnerships are increasing as mainstreaming issue in global development. Partnership has prominent element of stakeholder participation to create welfare for society. Business sector has contributed it through corporate social responsibility (CSR). In Indonesia, participation of business sectors in CSR is influenced by legal issue. Indonesias government was regulated organized implementation of CSR. Terminal BBM Rewulu is downstream operation unit of PT Pertamina (Persero). Its has responsible to commit for CSR Program legally. The research is based on descriptive qualitative research. The research location is unlimited in geography area. The informants are stakeholder, personal and institution, mixed up CSR Program in Terminal BBM Rewulu. The research used primer data and secondary data. The primer data was gained by interviews with informant by using interview guide. The secondary data was gained from CSR Terminal BBM Reluwus document. The research question has two main question, i.e.: the first is how to describe practical partnership in Terminal BBM Rewulu during 2012-2014, based on agenda setting aspect, partnership implementation aspect and evaluation partnership process. The second is how to classified practical partnership in Terminal BBM Rewulu. The result is showing two schemes of CSR Program in Terminal BBM Rewulu and devide in two aspec, i.e: global and every single program. According to global aspect, the agenda setting process showing that stakeholder relationship. It is a bilateral and depends on CSR program needs. The partnership implementation showing that Terminal BBM Rewulu as single actor. Participations level in society is tokenism. The evaluation processes have constrains, i.e.: stakeholder have differences expectation, authority personal limitations of stakeholder, CSR system is not integrated, week communication and differences point of view about partnership..
